I am pleased to announce my association with Barbaros Group, a food and beverage (F&B) restaurant group founded with the aim of offering the best restaurant and gastronomy services in Vietnam, but with a clear vocation to generate a global impact. Barbaros Group is built on the foundations of creativity, innovation and excellence to be able to create memorable restaurant brands and concepts.
I have the honour of having founded Barbaros Group together with renowned professionals and personalities, such as the Mexican chef Carlos Bravo, the Belgian-Spanish beer distributor David Escojido and the well-known Vietnamese DJ, Cong Anh Nguyen. This initiative comes after a year of discussions following my second stay in Vietnam in 2023 as a way to channel our capabilities, concerns and potential to create innovative projects in the restaurant sector.
The collaboration has already resulted in three first restaurant brands: Barbaros, Truc Bao and Bún Chả Khói, which are already operating in Hanoi, Vietnam. Barbaros is the pioneer of the group, with almost a year behind it since its official opening. Since then, it has become one of the references in Hanoi, as a trendy place where you can enjoy smoked barbecue meat and a great selection of local and international drinks with a unique atmosphere, where proximity and fun are paramount.

For my part, I bring to the group my vision, experience and creativity in the areas of communication, marketing and business and brand development. In this way, I have been responsible for the development of the new digital strategy, websites and the franchise system with which we want to expand our restaurant concepts.
As you can see, I feel really lucky to be able to say that I am professionally dedicated to my greatest passions: books, video games and now also, food and drink. In short, my job is to offer memorable experiences to other people with which they can enjoy and escape from the problems of everyday life.
